Kartik Seth

Kartik Seth is an Advocate practising before the Supreme Court of India for More than fifteen years. He holds the distinction of having appeared in 19 High Courts across the country, in addition to the Delhi High Court and Tribunals in Delhi. A first-generation lawyer, he has built his clientele and practice through court work, word of mouth, and the results achieved for his clients. He presently serves as Managing Partner of M/s Chambers of Kartik Seth, with offices in Delhi, Gurugram, and Jaipur.

He has appeared and argued in several nationally reported matters of constitutional and regulatory significance. His appearances include proceedings before Constitution Benches of the Supreme Court in the Sahara media guidelines case and the 2G Presidential Reference, and before a five-Judge Bench in the All India Bar Examination challenge. He has also appeared in a nine-Judge Bench matter concerning the constitutional status of GST on royalty on mining — among the largest benches to hear a matter in recent years.

Mr. Seth presently serves as Managing Partner of M/s Chambers of Kartik Seth, operating from offices in Delhi, Gurugram, and Jaipur. The firm represents clients ranging from large corporations, Public Sector Undertakings, and Banks to charitable institutions, religious bodies, and individuals, across areas including Commercial Litigation, Arbitration, Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Rehabilitation of Companies.
